Our Process

check out the step by step

1. Assessment Visit

During this visit, we will assess the space, determine necessary actions and
materials, and estimate the project’s completion time. This is also the first time we
have met in person and therefore it is also a good time to see if we are a good
match to work together.

2. Comprehensive Proposal

Every client has a different need, a different personality and therefore needs a
tailored comprehensive proposal to allow us to deliver maximum benefits for that
specific client.

3. Item Purchase and Recommendation

Material needed to implement the new system can be purchased by the client or we
could bring the materials and bill the client afterwards. If client opts that we make
the purchases, an additional $50 fee will be charged per hour of shopping. It’s the
client’s responsibility to provide advance payment for the purchase of these
materials. Some items can only be determined if needed after the work has begun,
and the client will be notified of any recommendations we may make on the project.

4. Maintenance Visits

The training of those responsible for the maintenance of the system is included in
the project price. Clients who lack home assistance may struggle to maintain their
system over time. It is recommended to revisit every six months to a year to refold
clothes and refresh areas in need of maintenance.

5. Coaching and Consulting

We also offer time-management coaching and organizing consultations. Should you
prefer to organize yourself, and just need some space planning ideas, organizing
consultation might be an option for you.

6. Donations

Donation items that fit in the organizer’s vehicle can be taken to Goodwill at no
additional cost. We take the items donated to Goodwill; larger items or any other
specific destinations are responsibility of the client.

Meet Important Deadlines with Efficiency
